Who we are

Dodici 12 is a mobile Neapolitan and Roman artisan pizzeria operating throughout the United Kingdom. We provide private event catering, wedding catering, corporate dining, and related hospitality services.

When you use our website at dodici12.co.uk, submit a booking enquiry, or contact us directly, you share personal information with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

Data controller: Dodici 12. For any privacy-related questions, write to us at info@dodici12.co.uk or call 01229.440.449.

What we collect

When you submit a booking or event enquiry we collect your name, email address, the date and size of your event, and any notes you choose to include. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking.

When you contact us through the contact form we collect your name, email address, the subject of your message, and the message itself.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Any payment arrangements are handled separately and directly.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, or political opinions.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, confirm or manage your booking, and send you relevant updates about your event.

We may use your email address to send a confirmation when your booking is received and a follow-up when it is confirmed or declined. We will not send you marketing emails unless you have separately opted in to receive them.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

Booking enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of your event or the date of your enquiry, whichever is later. This allows us to handle any follow-up queries and maintain accurate records.

Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@dodici12.co.uk.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. This service uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to collect anonymised data about page views and navigation patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to object to or restrict our processing, and to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@dodici12.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
