Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2025. These terms govern your use of our website and any booking or event enquiry you make with us.

About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Dodici 12 website at dodici12.co.uk and any booking or event enquiry you submit through it. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

Dodici 12 is a mobile Neapolitan and Roman artisan pizzeria operating throughout the United Kingdom. We provide private event catering, wedding catering, corporate dining, and related hospitality services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Bookings and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us — typically by email — and any required deposit has been received.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion, including where we are unavailable on the requested date or where the event falls outside our service area.

Details of your event — including date, location, guest numbers, and catering requirements — must be accurate at the time of enquiry. Material changes after confirmation may affect pricing and availability.

Deposits and payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the booking.

The remaining balance is due on the date agreed in your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed booking if payment is not received by the agreed date.

Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for bookings made well in advance to reflect changes in ingredient costs or operational expenses, with reasonable notice given.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: deposit forfeited; no further charge. Cancellations made 14–30 days before the event: 50% of the total agreed fee is payable. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event: the full agreed fee is payable.

If we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control — including severe weather, equipment failure, or illness — we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any deposit paid. We will not be liable for any further costs or losses arising from such cancellation.

Requests to change the date, location, or guest numbers of a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may affect pricing. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes.

Dietary requirements and allergens

We take allergen management seriously. If any of your guests have food allergies or intolerances, you must inform us in writing before the event. We will do our best to accommodate requirements, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment as our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and other common allergens.

It is your responsibility as the event organiser to ensure that all guests with dietary requirements are aware of the dishes being served and to communicate any restrictions to us in advance.

We are not liable for any allergic reaction or dietary incident where we have not been informed of the relevant requirement in advance.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the event venue is suitable for our setup, including adequate space, power supply (where required), and access for our vehicle and equipment. Any additional costs arising from unsuitable venue conditions may be passed on to you.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licences for the event, including venue hire agreements, alcohol licences, and any local authority requirements.

You agree to treat our staff with respect. We reserve the right to withdraw our services without refund if our team is subjected to abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, branding, and design — is the property of Dodici 12 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

You may share links to this website and reference our services in a factual and accurate manner.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you in connection with any booking or use of this website is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, or damage to reputation, arising from any failure to perform our services.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
